Join a Tier 1 Engineering Contractor delivering high-profile M&E projects across Pharmaceutical, Renewables, and medical device and technology sectors in Galway.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Planner to work on large-scale, cutting-edge projects with a market-leading contractor.

Role: Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Collaborate with project teams to establish resource requirements and timelines.

Host and represent the company in Progress/Planning meetings and workshops.

Create comprehensive schedules covering construction activities, labour allocation, and cost analysis.

Monitor progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning programs.

Provide detailed performance updates and project control insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements: A third-level degree in Engineering or a Mechanical trade qualification.

5+ years of experience in project planning, ideally on M&E or CSA projects.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools like MS Project.

Proven ability to lead projects from a project controls perspective, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Experience with complex industrial or capital improvement projects.

Excellent IT skills and ability to capture and log progress issues effectively.
