Overview We have a fantastic opportunity for a BIM Model Manager to join our growing team.
This role will involve providing BIM support, Project setup, maintenance and Federation for users/project.
This will role with provide excellent opportunities for career advancement within our BIM Department working on projects within the Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical and Food & Beverage sectors.
This person can be based in our Dublin or Cork office Who we are PM Group is a leading international engineering, architecture, project, and construction management firm.
With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-disciplined team of over 3,800+ people, we are world leaders on delivering complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical sectors.
Responsibilities BIM Project set-up and support/admin for a multi discipline project across multiple application platforms.
(Auto CAD, Revit, Navis Works etc.) BIM integration/interoperability with internal design team members BIM integration/interoperability with external vendors Maintain BIM360 cloud models and reporting BIM Software Installations and support Coordination of 3rd party models Communicate across mutiple discipline teams Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures Co-ordinate the activities of other project leads and modellers/detailers so as to maintain coordinated design approach and clash avoidance Qualifications Experience in Auto CAD, Revit and Navis Works essential Experience in BIM360 Modules desirable but not essential Administration and Setup of Revit Models essential Excellent time management skills essential Why PM Group?
