As an experienced BIM Manager, you will provide support and leadership to implement, develop, and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre-contract through to project delivery and handover.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our head office in Citywest.

BIM documentation experience is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the pre-construction team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify clients' BIM and digital requirements.
  2. Provide technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics, and cost management.
  3. Support the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and ensure internal project team and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities.
  4. Lead the DPD kick-off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalize the DPD strategy.
  5. Support and mentor BIM Engineers as required.
  6. Possess 5+ years of experience working on multi-disciplinary projects with BIM Level 2 requirements.
  7. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office.
  8. Have 5+ years of experience utilizing Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, and other rendering software packages.
  9. Hold a third-level qualification in construction, computing, or a related discipline.
