For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euroairport we are looking for an Avionics Technician that has experience with business jets.

* Start date: ASAP * Planned duration: 3 months * Workplace: Basel Euroairport * Workload: 100% Tasks & Responsibilities: * Perform Line- and Base Maintenance, and Completions withing avionics work scope as instructed by supervisor/leader or certifying staff.

* Perform routine checks on avionics systems like radar, GPS, autopilot, and communication systems.

* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify faults or irregularities.

* Replace or repair faulty components such as wiring, circuit boards, sensors, and antennas.

* Ensure all systems meet aviation safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

* Install new avionics systems during aircraft upgrades or retrofits.

* Configure and calibrate systems to ensure proper integration with the aircraft.

* Conduct ground tests and sometimes flight tests to verify system performance.

* Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.

The perfect candidate: We are looking for either an Avionics Technician with experience on business jets (Gulfstream/Dassault/Bombardier) or if you are an avionics engineer with an EASA P66 B2 License feel free to apply and we will propose you as B2 to the client.

Must Haves: * Vocational diploma in a technical environment * Work experience on standard avionics tasks in Base Maintenance (P-145) environment.

(Line MTX experience can be also considered) * Minimum 3 years of aircraft work experience where at least 1 year with business jets (Gulfstream/Dassault/Bombardier) * Able to read and understand aircraft manuals and installation drawings without intensive training/guidance * Motivated to perform complex tasks and learn new Avionics/CMS/IFE systems * Can work independently without constant supervision * Ability to use various avionics testers without intensive training/guidance * Basic knowledge to use PC for aircraft maintenance (Software loading, IP network troubleshooting) * Good English level (preferred C1) written/spoken/understanding This contract is for 1-12 Months (might be extended) or even become permanent.
