Your new company Maintenance Supervisor job in Monaghan with a large food processing company.

Your new role Supporting your engineering manager with the delegation and following up on daily maintenance activities.

You will allocate resources where you see them best utilised, manage contractors, have structured involvement in projects within engineering and ensure all maintenance systems and records are held as accountable and up-to-date for the department.

In this role you will make a valuable contribution to the direction of the department.

What you'll need to succeed Coming from a production or manufacturing background and able to demonstrate good organisational skills within a maintenance department to including allocating resources, planning future work and maintaining strong records.

What you'll get in return As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be supported by a strong management team and have autonomy to make department decisions regarding the best allocation of resources.

The salary on offer will reflect the level of experience you bring to the position as they are open to some development in this role as much as hiring experience.
