About the Role

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers.

Job ObjectivesThe Role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker

Our team provides care to individuals who utilise our services. We offer ongoing support to help you develop your skills in providing high-quality care while maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and service users.

Our goal is to empower service users to reach their full potential and live meaningful lives through the services we provide.

This involves:

  • SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH THEIR DAILY PLAN
  • SUPPORTING PEOPLE WHILE IN THE COMMUNITY
  • SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH EDUCATION, SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, AND ACHIEVING PERSONAL OUTCOMES
  • SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH LIVING SKILLS SUCH AS COOKING, CLEANING, LAUNDRY, ATTENDING APPOINTMENTS, FAMILY VISITS ETC.

Additionally, it is essential to be familiar with and adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice as reasonably practicable.

Shift work will involve working over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Skills RequirementsAssistant Support Worker

No qualification is required; necessary training will be provided.

Social Care Worker

A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline is preferred.

Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential.

A good attitude towards work and a passion for supporting people are essential.

A valid Full Driver's Licence is required, or the candidate should be in the process of obtaining one.
