BIM Coordinator | Banbridge An established leader in the building services and offsite-prefabrication sector is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its expanding team in Banbridge.

With a strong track record of delivering innovative, sustainable MEP and energy solutions across the UK and Europe, the company is continuing to grow in response to increasing demand for offsite construction and decarbonisation-driven projects.

Your new role as BIM Coordinator As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the design, fabrication, and delivery of complex prefabricated MEP systems.

Working with the latest digital tools, you will develop fully coordinated models, ensure seamless integration with structural and architectural elements, and lead model coordination workshops with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

What you will need to succeed as BIM Coordinator To be considered for this role, you should have: Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and experience managing complex models Skilled in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination reviews A background in MEP design and the ability to interpret drawings and schematics Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally taking projects from early design through to as-installed stage It would be an advantage if you also have: Experience preparing fabrication-level models and drawings for offsite manufacturing Exposure to prefabrication workflows or modular/offsite construction environments What's in it for you?
