Commercial Director

As part of its future succession plan, they are recruiting for an ambitious Commercial Director to lead its business growth activities in the Northern Ireland and Scottish regions.
The role is to provide leadership to the team whilst delivering strategic growth and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Managing Director for NI and Scotland you will have responsibility to direct and control the companys Northern Ireland and Scotland Commercial Operations and to give strategic guidance and direction to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives in a high growth market.
In collaboration with other senior leaders, you will lead the Commercial Team and Bid Team pre and post contract within the business.
This involves engagement with Project Planners, Construction Managers and Project Managers along with the overall Commercial Team.
