Dublin (Projects based across Dublin) Salary:€60,000 €80,000 (Depending on experience) Talent-Curve Recruitment is delighted to partner with an award-winning construction company based in North Dublin, currently seeking both Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding team.
With nearly 40 years of industry experience, this contractor has delivered high-quality projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Education, Healthcare, Refurbishment, and Fit Out.
As the company continues to grow, these are excellent long-term opportunities for QS professionals to take ownership of key projects and advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities: Take projects from subcontract procurement through to final accounts Attend site progress and cost meetings, liaising with clients, design teams, and subcontractors Collaborate closely with the Commercial and Project Management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget Ensure accurate and timely contract administration while managing and minimising contractual risk Maintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality outcomes Requirements: Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience (within Ireland) Strong commercial acumen and project management capability Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance Highly motivated, with a strong desire to contribute to the companys growth Strong computer literacy and report-writing skills For more information, please contact Talent-Curve Recruitment.
