Duties: Assist in the development of mechanical designs, drawings, and 3 D models under guidance to meet project requirements and standards.
Collaborate with team members to support the integration of mechanical systems into project designs.
Perform basic calculations and support simulations to help optimize system performance and efficiency.
Contribute to the preparation and review of technical documentation to ensure alignment with codes and standards.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections to learn and contribute to quality and safety outcomes.
Requirements: Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Must have3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with an Irish consultancy (local knowledge essential for the role).
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Auto CAD is required, and experience with Revit is a plus.
