One of Irelands leading main contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a major pharmaceutical project based in Cork.
This is a high-profile development for a key client in the life sciences sector and offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a technically complex and rewarding project.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale pharmaceutical project from pre-construction through to handover.
Manage the construction programme to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate effectively with design teams, subcontractors, and the clients representatives.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, particularly within a GMP-regulated environment.
Conduct site meetings, manage reporting procedures, and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
Motivate and lead site teams to ensure high-performance delivery across all project phases.
Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Project Manager role with a recognised main contractor.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects in Ireland or the UK.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, health & safety legislation, and GMP compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
