This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with at least 2 years post-qualification experience who is looking to further develop their audit expertise within a progressive and supportive firm.

The Role Lead and manage audit assignments for a range of SME and corporate clients Plan, execute, and complete audits in accordance with relevant standards Supervise and support junior audit staff, providing guidance and mentoring Liaise directly with clients to resolve queries and ensure smooth audit delivery Prepare audit files for partner review and assist in finalising financial statements Identify areas for improvement in client controls and provide practical recommendations Requirements ACA or ACCA-qualified Chartered Accountant Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a practice-based audit role Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and accounting principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments efficiently Experience with audit software (e.g., Case Ware) is desirable but not essential Salary & Benefits Salary: 60,000 70,000, depending on experience Annual performance-based bonus Pension Annual Christmas gift card Employee wellbeing programme Hybrid working options Supportive team with a strong learning and development culture Clear career progression with promotion opportunities Flexible working hours Free on-site parking Interested?
