Benefits: €60,000 €70,000 Discretionary Bonus Hybrid working to suit your lifestyle CPD Access to modern offices, wellness initiatives, and a vibrant team culture Regular team events, networking opportunities, and a genuinely collaborative environment The Role: Act as a trusted advisor to a diverse client basebuilding, growing, and managing strong, long-term relationships Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS102 and IFRS Handle corporation tax and income tax filings with precision and timeliness Ensure accurate and compliant submission of financial statements to Revenue and the Companies Registration Office (CRO) Conduct detailed file reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Mentor and lead junior accountants, supporting their development and ensuring exceptional team performance Proactively identify client challenges and deliver tailored, practical solutions that drive real business value Ideal Candidate: Fully qualified with 2 years PQE Proven background in practice, ideally with experience managing a portfolio of clients Solid technical understanding of FRS102 and IFRS Strong commercial awareness and a genuine understanding of client needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsable to build trust quickly Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a strong advantage If youre a Senior Accountant ready for your next professional challenge, reach out to Rion Gallagher or submit your CV today for a confidential chat.
