The Role We are seeking an Experienced Counter Sales Parts Advisorto join our busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid knowledge of automotive parts, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in-store and over the phone with their motor parts requirements.

Process orders through our online system and liaise with suppliers.

Advise customers on suitable parts, tools, and accessories.

Handle queries and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements: Previous experience in the motor parts industry is essential.

Strong knowledge of car parts, tools, and accessories.

Proficiency with MAM Autopart Online Software (or similar systems).

Confident in using online ordering systems for automotive parts.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
