The Accounts Technician is responsible for processing timesheets for payroll, monthly invoicing and balancing accounts.
This is an interactive role where strong communications skills and attention to detail are key.
GENERAL SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing and amalgamating Client timesheets in a timely manner Processing monthly Payroll for employees with starters, leavers, payrates etc.
Tracking Annual Leave Ensure compliance with ROS requirements Liaise with Clients to ensure their needs are met Review and processing of Supplier and Client monthly invoices Payment allocations Reconciliation of Monthly Accounts Reconciliation of Monthly Bank Statements Other ad hoc Reports and Requests KEY COMPETANCIES REQUIRED: Payroll/Accounts experience Sage 50 & Sage Micropay knowledge ROS knowledge Online Banking Excellent interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
Ability to operate as part of a team is critical & also ability to self-manage and work independently.
Good attention to detail.
