About The Role: Prosperous Financial are seeking an ambitious, driven and passionate people manager to lead our Premier & Paraplanning Teams.
This pivotal role ensures alignment, consistency and excellence across both teams.
As a strategic leader, you will champion our financial planning philosophy, guide team development and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, be a strong and passionate people leader with a minimum of 3+ years of team management experience.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage and inspire the Premier & Paraplanning teams to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives set out by the Head Of Financial Planning.
Drive team performance and development through regular coaching, training and engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee planning operations, creating and refining effective processes that enhance productivity, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain quality and consistency across the team.
Build a centre of excellence by aligning the work of Financial Planners and Paraplanners, streamlining workflows and embedding best practices across the planning function.
Champion communication and collaboration across departments to ensure business wide consistency and alignment.
Support recruitment and onboarding to attract, retain and develop top talent within the planning and paraplanning teams.
Ensure high quality client delivery, including overseeing comprehensive financial planning using tools and systems such as Wealth Track and Voyant, to build long term client relationships through clear, values driven advice.
Skills And Experience: Proven leader with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in managing high performing teams within the financial services industry.
Client focused approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding, values driven financial planning.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted, effective relationships across both the Financial Planning and Paraplanning teams, along with additional cross department collaboration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a structured process orientated approach to work.
Problem solving and solution focused approach with the ability to quickly adapt, learn and take ownership in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with Voyant and Wealth Track is a distinct advantage.
