Key Responsibilities: Manage payment and billing details for external providers, verify bank transactions, and reconcile accounts.

Create and maintain accurate financial documentation including invoices, payables, and purchase orders.

Process payroll, review expense claims, and ensure timely payment and compliance with internal policies.

Maintain the cost code system and support financial planning with reports and month-end account closings.

Investigate discrepancies, resolve account queries, and implement process improvements for financial operations.

Your Experience 2+ years experience in an accounting or finance role with exposure to payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and regulatory returns.

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Strong IT literacy including Excel, Word, and Power Point; experience with Quick Books or practice management software is a plus.

Understanding of core accounting principles; experience in month-end close procedures (e.g.

trial balance) is advantageous.

A proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-performing team environment.
