
Commercial Relationship Lead

Manage and develop a portfolio of customers within Asset Finance, to achieve specific business goals, and support profitable business growth from a customer base, in line with our strategic plan.
Maintain and develop working relationships with key business and functional partners, including key stakeholders to ensure a cooperative approach to relationship management and lead generation.
You will be part of PTSB Asset Finance team led by the Head of Asset Finance.
Through collaboration with your team and other stakeholders within the wider bank, you will enhance our customer experience, build trust with our customers and develop the team's capabilities through our Omni-Channel model.
Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and advise our customers throughout their product/ financial needs journey.
Manage clients effectively in accordance with all policy requirements and best practice to ensure sustainable income and early identification of credit issues through intimate client knowledge.
Drive sales activity to maximise new business via the development of both new and existing customer bases.
Design and implement a business strategy or plan, to maximise opportunities within an assigned portfolio of clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of new and existing customers.
Serve customers well and provide them with products and services that are appropriate for their needs.
Assess lending propositions, using credit skills and experience to make the right decision for our business and our customers.
The role hasnt got direct people management responsibilities.
Essential Requirements: Minimum APA in Loans.
Full driving license as this role requires regular travel.
Desired Requirements: Good credit and financial analysis skills.
Passion for working with customers and stakeholders to create win-win solutions.
Proven success in consistently achieving targets or working to tight deadlines.
Specific knowledge and experience of Asset Finance Working knowledge of the Asset Finance product suite.
You will have a flexible approach to your business development role with an expectation to represent and attend events where required on behalf of PTSB.
This is a Permanent role based in the South-East Region - Kerry & Limerick.
