Senior Commercial Lead

We seek a seasoned Senior Commercial Lead to spearhead our team's commercial activities. A strong leader with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects is required to drive growth and efficiency.

A successful candidate will possess a Level 8 degree in a related field, combined with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate their team to deliver results.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors to ensure high efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Level 8 degree in a related field.
