Service Now Project Manager / SCRUM Master Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week) This is a key role supporting enterprise-wide Service Now initiatives, focused on driving Agile delivery and coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance IT service management and automation.
Key Responsibilities: Act as SCRUM Master for the Service Now team, running Agile ceremonies and ensuring best practices Manage the planning and delivery of Service Now projects across modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, Sec Ops, and BCM Work with platform owners, developers, and stakeholders to define scope and timelines Track progress using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools Support M&A onboarding projects and manage external vendor coordination Ensure compliance with governance and change management standards Candidate Profile: 5+ years in IT project management, with at least 3 in an Agile/SCRUM Master role Experience delivering Service Now projects or working closely with Service Now teams Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and enterprise IT environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in a hybrid working model and ideally in a professional services or managed services setting Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
