- To manage, train and develop the team ensuring all SOPs are adhered to - Communicate information to the kitchen and other supportive departments prior to and during service.
- Inspect and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all meeting and function suites - Co-ordinate with Wedding & Events and kitchen teams to ensure the highest level of product delivery.
- To organise weekly briefing with the Conference and Banqueting team and Beverage Supervisors to discuss and effectively cover all forthcoming events and review coverage of past week -To ensure service briefings are carried out as appropriate regarding core standards (dress code, hygiene, serviceprocedure) Skills: job desired skills
