Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in a fully remote capacity.
In this role, you will manage project budgets, oversee tender processes, handle subcontractor sourcing and payments, and contribute to the continued growth of our business through your industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets and costs.
Lead the tendering process for new contracts.
Conduct accurate re-measurements on secured contracts.
Source and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
Identify and pursue new tender and contract opportunities.

Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the painting and decorating or wider construction industry.
Strong understanding of tendering, costing, and project financial management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote role.
