Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Enablement Administrator to support the smooth execution of processes and tools that drive sales productivity and customer success.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring revenue teams are equipped with the right resources, systems, and support to deliver value to prospects and customers efficiently.
Key responsibilities Manage and resolve support tickets through Salesforce, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Maintain data accuracy by updating internal records, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Collaborate with internal teams via email and MS Teams to support cross-functional workflows.
Monitor and troubleshoot job posting issues, identifying and addressing problems proactively.
Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and improve efficiency.
Qualifications Experienced administrator with at least 2 years in an office-based support role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented and accurate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable and tech-savvy, comfortable with evolving processes and systems.
Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage a busy workload effectively.
