The role of the Revenue Enablement Specialist is pivotal in driving sales success. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for optimising the sales process, aligning sales and marketing efforts, and driving the achievement of sales objectives.

- Set and adapt strategic sales goals aligned with company objectives, tracking performance and responding to market or business shifts.">
- Design, manage, and optimise sales territories, ensuring alignment with market potential and supporting territory transitions through structured processes.">
- Streamline sales processes and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to boost customer acquisition and retention.">
- Leverage data and insights to prioritise high-value opportunities, monitor KPIs, and translate findings into actionable sales initiatives.">
- Develop sales enablement materials and messaging, ensuring consistent communication, effective pitching, and market trend awareness across customer-facing teams.">
Key qualifications include:

- Relevant experience: Degree with 2+ years experience, or 5+ years in a Revenue Enablement role.">
- Strong communicator: Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.">
- Highly organised: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.">
- Analytical expertise: Proficient in data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, and using Salesforce CRM.">
- Technical competence: Strong working knowledge of MS Office and relevant digital tools.">
