Job Title: Territory Manager

In this exciting field-based role, you will drive sales growth and expansion throughout the Belfast area. You will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers in independent retailers, showcasing our product portfolio and services.

This is a highly dynamic and varied position that requires strong organizational and self-motivation skills. As a Territory Account Manager, you will initially focus on activating new business through strategic partnerships and point-of-sale materials. As the role evolves, you will shift towards account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

About You:

We are seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven individual with a passion for B2B field sales. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A full UK driving license
  • At least 12 months' experience in B2B field sales
  • Proven track record of selling into independent retailers (product type flexible)
  • Natural rapport-building and persuasive closing skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic startup environment

The Benefits:

Competitive Base Salary: £32,000 - £34,000

Uncapped Bonus: Realistic OTE £38,000-£40,000+, with high performers expected to overachieve

Car Allowance & iPhone Provided Fully Field-Based + Remote Working Setup
