Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to serve customers at the trade counter with professionalism and enthusiasm, handling inbound calls and emails while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Process orders, stock queries, and quotations using computer software
  • Assist with upselling and cross-selling products to drive sales growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
About You
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service attitude
  • Proficient in computer software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A full clean driving license is also essential
