Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from raw materials to end customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with multifunctional teams throughout the organisation to ensure that products are delivered to meet costs, quality & schedule.
  • Candidates should have 5+ years experience in external customer and supplier interface, schedule adherence and planning, effective business control and monitoring.
  • Closely monitor supplier performance to schedule and quality, lead role on site assuming responsibility for manufacturing programmes.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with suppliers to identify any program constraints / risks and assist them in finding resolutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and continually developing an effective Management Information System supported by agreed metrics and governance process, enabling sufficient program health.

You will need to demonstrate highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at a senior level. You will also be responsible for providing management information reports to the program office to aid decision making and support on Tier 1 senior reviews.

As the interface point for supplier representatives, you will represent the supplier at Engineering and Program change boards as required.
