Responsibilities Provide daily engineering support and resolve production issues using Lean and problem-solving tools.
Lead improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce waste, tracking progress and results.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation to support compliant manufacturing processes.
Support equipment setup, qualification, and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and effective execution.
Perform data analysis and validations to improve process and product quality.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 2 years experience in a similar position Randstad encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
