Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining end-making systems and supporting systems. You will also assist in resolving production problems, carry out quality checks, and provide training to trainee operators.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in mechanics and sound communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, repair and maintain end making systems and supporting systems
  • Assist on Production problems to resolve downtime (MTBF)
  • Carry out quality checks to the required frequency using the required supporting systems
  • Assist Lead Engineers, Toolmakers, Electricians, and fitters, Engineering and Technical problems in order to resolve downtime and improve equipment efficiency
Requirements:
  • An interest in and an aptitude for mechanics
  • Sound communication skills, ability to clearly explain processes
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
