We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursingwho lives in Dublinor is willing to relocate to join an established nursing home.

What You Bring to the Team: Registered Nurse with active registration on the NMBI.
Minimum of 2 years management experience in a nursing home At least 6 years of experience working in a nursing home setting.
Certificate in leadership or management.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a focus on team motivation and continuous professional development.
Your Key Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing and social care, tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
Oversee clinical standards, conduct thorough assessments, and manage care plans to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Supervise medication administration, conduct audits, and liaise with GPs and pharmacies to ensure compliance with best practices and improve medication management standards.
Lead and mentor CNMs, nurses, and care assistants, providing ongoing training and development to foster a professional and caring approach among staff.
Perform regular clinical, environmental, and medication audits, developing and implementing action plans to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Serve as a key contact for residents and families, promptly addressing concerns and supporting aperson-centered care approach, while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to enhance the resident experience.
