As a result, they are looking to add a Mortgage Administrator to their team The Role: Provide Administration Support to a team of Mortgage Advisors Manage a pipeline of Mortgage Applications from AIP through to drawdown Following up on the Loan conditions for closings Fulfilling all conditions for issue of funds Liaising with Mortgage Consultants, Clients, Lenders & Solicitors Ensuring smooth and timely completion of mortgages Ensuring Clients queries are answered and that on-going updates provided, supporting them through the mortgage process Ensuring CRM and Clients files are kept up to date at all times Manage phone calls and emails as necessary About You: 2+ years' administrative experience within the Mortgage Industry Experience dealing with multiple lenders completion process would be advantageous Hold the QFA qualification or be working towards same The ability to meet deadlines in a fast moving and demanding environment Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate at all levels on a day-to-day basis Skills: Mortgage Administrator Mortgage Admin
