Quality & Technical Manager

The Package: 60,000 70,000 depending on experience Full-time, permanent role Pension, benefits, and career development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with BRC, HACCP, and customer standards Oversee staff training, internal audits, and compliance reporting Manage food safety, quality, and customer specifications for all products Approve labels and artwork for compliance with food legislation Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actions Manage product and environmental testing and report performance trends Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare for audits and inspections Lead R&D initiatives for new product development and customer projects Provide technical support to production teams and supervise lab operations Stay up to date with relevant food safety legislation and update processes as required What Youll Need: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Proven experience in a senior quality or technical role within the food sector Strong understanding of HACCP, BRC, and food law compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Apply now with your CV to discuss this opportunity in confidence with Darrylat Talent Curve Recruitment.
