Setting-Out Engineer Setting-out Engineer required for a leading Main Building Contractor to work on a modular construction project in Central Cork.
Our client has an excellent reputation, high staff retention levels and are very good to work for.
Requirements: 2 years + experience of setting-out on building projects in Ireland or UK Construction/Civil Engineering degree qualified Strong Setting-out Experience Third level qualification (or equivalent) in Construction/Civil Engineering.
Must be willing to travel Valid safe-pass.
Fully conversant with the use of robotic Total Station, EDM instruments & GPS to complete accurate set out.
Duties: Setting-out Subcontractor management Site supervision of various trades and contractors Maintain strong health and safety standards Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract Liaising with subcontractors, clients and other professional staff Salary: €55k - €65k Company Vehicle / allowance If you are a Setting-out Engineer consideringa career move, please feel to send your CV or contact Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
