Overview

Graduate Analyst role at Nucleo, an advisory and technology consulting firm specialising in Enterprise Solutions and Data & AI. As a Graduate Analyst you will play an integral role in the delivery of projects, working directly with Clients and Nucleo Project teams, taking ownership of project deliverables. You will gain experience across a range of projects by providing data analysis and migration services, business intelligence reporting and insights, support for Asset Management solutions delivery, Project Management and Change Management practices. This role will suit a recent graduate with 1+ years' experience looking to grow and develop their career.

Responsibilities
  • Work to strict monthly deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate project deliverables
  • Be comfortable handling financial data, maintaining precision in reporting and analysis. While prior financial experience is not required, experience in managing POs, supporting tenders, handling wages, or other finance-related tasks is beneficial
  • Comfortable learning and understanding contractual terms
  • Deliver clear, audience-focused presentations—communicating insights to diverse groups. Ability to build relationships and adapt communication styles as needed
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail—accuracy is critical to project delivery and financial performance
  • Fluency in English is required
  • A driver's license is strongly preferred
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems & technology, Business or Commerce, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or relevant domain
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Ability to explore and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of databases and relational databases
  • Power BI or SQL knowledge is desirable
