Food & Beverage Supervisor – Full-Time

Milltown Golf Club is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to help elevate our restaurant, private dining, and event offerings for our members.

What You'll Do:

  1. Lead the evening restaurant service, ensuring a seamless and high-quality dining experience.
  2. Oversee private dining, events, and special occasions, from setup to execution.
  3. Support and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  4. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver top-tier service.
  5. Ensure a well-presented, refined dining environment for members and guests.
  6. Assist with stock control, staff training, and overall service improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a busy hospitality setting.
  2. A hands-on leader with exceptional service standards and attention to detail.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  4. A hospitality professional with proven experience in restaurant and event management.
  5. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.
  6. Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
