Job Overview

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are paramount.

This supervisory role will be based in our Gallery Restaurant, which serves as a hub for food and beverage services within the hotel. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the meal and beverage service, training and developing staff members, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing operational standards, managing costs, and attending necessary meetings.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4-star hotel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • HACCP certification
Responsibilities
