Job Description:

We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to add a Risk and Compliance Assurance Associate to their team in Dublin. Working as part of a team, this role will involve assisting in the full lifecycle of an assurance review, from initial notification to development of recommendations.

Role Duties:

  • Assist with monitoring and testing adherence to Group Policy and regulatory requirements
  • Input into development of annual Risk & Compliance Assurance Plan
  • Assist with completion of enterprise-wide annual Compliance Risk Assessment
  • Work with the 1LoD to develop actions to address control gaps or enhancements
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organization, including other 2LoD functions and Group representatives

Requirements:

  • Risk management, regulatory compliance, or regulatory experience is advantageous
  • Experience working in or with financial services regulated entities is preferable
  • Motivation to gain knowledge of relevant regulation and the regulatory environment
  • Stakeholder management, communication, and report writing skills
  • ACOI qualification or equivalent is preferable
