Overview

Atlantach Technical Services is an engineering solutions company specialising in Project Management, Operations & Maintenance and Commissioning.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee installation, and commissioning of High Voltage (HV) systems, including switchgear, transformers, and protection relays in pharmaceutical environment.
  • Oversee testing and validation of HV equipment, ensuring operational safety and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Support maintenance schedules, troubleshooting, and repair for HV electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and manage HV Switching plans for the electrical team.
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet technical specifications and ensure high-quality engineering outcomes for client.
  • Work with advanced equipment and innovative solutions, promoting continual improvement in safety and efficiency.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Must be a fully qualified Electrician with hands-on experience in HV/MV systems, including assembly, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification Irish experience in industrial environment.
Authority
  • You have authority to stop the job if you feel there is an unsafe work practice which could result in a risk of injury, have an environmental impact or risk to equipment and other personnel.
  • Carry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of ATEX, DC power systems, and grid maintenance standards
  • Very strong experience in Industrial HV electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting electrical control systems.
