This is a broad marketing role covering the full spectrum of brand and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have broad marketing experience or a keen willingness to learn and fill gaps where appropriate. We value a fast-paced mindset, delivering excellent output, and going above and beyond for internal clients.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Creating marketing plans in conjunction with lead MDs that support key business objectives for the year.
- Bridging the gap between group content and local content; identifying where marketing initiatives or collateral can be leveraged for the Ireland team.
- Budget management for local marketing activities.
- Managing local marketing suppliers.
- Delivery of events and tracking ROI.
- Maintaining Interpath Ireland's LinkedIn presence and actively pursuing content.
- Managing email marketing campaigns and data, ensuring correct targeting and messaging.
- Updating the global website with content from Ireland.
- Asset design responsibility (with group support as needed).
- Making recommendations on and delivering brand-building campaigns to raise Interpath's profile in Ireland.
- Cooperating with central functions (e.g., legal & risk, finance) to ensure processes are followed.

- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in creating marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
