Responsibilities
  1. Implementation and maintenance of the CJK ISO9001:2015 system, with input into ISO: 14001, ISO: 45001, ISO:27001, and ISO:19650, aiming to upgrade to INAB Accreditation.
  2. Knowledge of IS:10101:2020 + AC1:2024 regulations and providing updates on amendments.
  3. Preparation of Project Quality Plans (PQP) for new projects.
  4. Development of Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and QC Test Packs.
  5. Familiarity with Digital Document Management Systems like Procore, FieldView, ViewPoint, SiteWorks.
  6. Conduct QA audits and document findings with follow-up actions.
  7. Promote LEAN construction practices and share lessons learned.
  8. Contribute to the knowledge library with systems like LEED, BREEAM, WELL.
  9. Provide updates on defective products within the EU-27 via the EU Safety Gate System.
  10. Support CJK's ACE Initiative and provide QMS training and support.
  11. Develop training materials for apprentices and improve the Graduate Program.
  12. Mentor candidates and report QA/QC metrics to Directors quarterly.
  13. Visual data presentation skills, e.g., Power BI.
  14. Promote innovation and investigate QA issues.
  15. Notify management of incidents or issues.
  16. Review project specifications and complete related documentation.
  17. Carry out QMS audits, site inspections, and BCAR site inspections, including CE Marking and commissioning reports.
  18. Liaise for O&M Manuals and oversee testing equipment management.
  19. Knowledge of HV/MV systems, ASHRAE terminology, and planning for various levels of Data Centre commissioning and testing.
