Strategic Solution Innovation Lead

As a seasoned sales engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within our organization. We are seeking an exceptional individual to partner with Heads of Solutions Engineering to execute use case-specific sales strategies and product innovations.
About the Role- Support internal initiatives for sales enablement, cross-functional alignment, and strategy adoption among field SEs.
- Develop and deliver high-quality product presentations, and articulate product features and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
You will lead, mentor, and partner with Field and Partner SEs to achieve sales and company goals. Key responsibilities include innovating and pushing the platform to new levels, identifying new use cases and applications.
Key Responsibilities- Drive adoption of solutions within strategic accounts through technical expertise and consultations.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering during product development and refinement.
- Proven success selling to C/VP level buyers with 6+ years relevant experience in SaaS or consulting roles.
- Experience analyzing business solutions across various industries, including self-starter qualities.
