We are seeking a highly skilled Computational Ads Bidding Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of strategic bidding solutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Innovation & Framework Development: Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of cutting-edge bidding strategy frameworks for real-time ads.
  • Research & Development Impact: Conduct pioneering research on next-generation auction mechanisms, game-theoretic approaches, and reinforcement learning techniques for smart bidding.
  • Campaign & Ecosystem Performance Optimisation: Develop innovative strategies for budget allocation/pacing, bid landscaping, and campaign performance optimisation.
Requirements:
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related fields.
  • Rich experience in computational advertising, particularly in bidding, reinforcement learning, auction mechanism design, or game theory.
  • Proven track record of delivering next-generation bidding frameworks.
  • Strong academic background with publications in top conferences/journals (e.g., KDD, NeurIPS, SIGIR, WWW, ICML).
