Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis of current and future business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop comprehensive business models to inform solution design.
  • Identify and validate technical solutions, contributing to strategic planning and business justification.
  • Communicate critical findings and recommendations to senior management, driving organizational change initiatives.
Necessary Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in business analysis within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement technical solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering insights to leadership.
  • Ability to seek out strategic solutions for clients and provide cross-project solutions.
