Business Transformation Specialist

Our financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Unify Programme's Business Transformation Workstream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with design leads, business SMEs and technical delivery teams to define, analyse and document business processes for implementation on Dynamics 365.
  • Develop refine and maintain user stories to translate high level design requirements into deliverable functionality.
  • Support the alignment of business processes with programme objectives and ensure traceability of requirements through to delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented.
  • Contribute to solution design reviews testing activities and change management to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business analysis within financial services or large scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of business process design and requirements gathering.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Mural is highly desirable.
