A leading financial services company is seeking a seasoned business solution specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and supporting the delivery of business and/or system requirements, enabling the development of innovative risk management and finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relational database/SQL concepts.
- Experience with modern, service-oriented applications, APIs, and collaborative tools.
- Ability to work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong feature/story mapping skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of financial products, capital markets, and banking principles.
- Proven experience working in an Agile environment.
- Expertise in work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- 5+ years of experience as a senior business analyst or solution specialist in the financial services sector.
