Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position within our organization, responsible for designing and implementing solutions to complex business problems. The role involves collaborating with project management, business teams, and technical architects to evaluate system architectures and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Vhi Salesforce design activities, encompassing resourcing and organizational structures, support, and alignment with business capabilities and processes.
  • Ensure the use of industry and Salesforce-specific standard best practices and methods. Be proficient in industry standard tooling.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management and documentation of designs, effectively communicating them to business teams and other stakeholders.
  • Stay aware and knowledgeable of the need for business change from implementing new technology solutions.
  • Ensure solutions provide the best possible employee experience.
  • Monitor emerging technology and advise on ways to gain business and technical advantages from its implementation.
  • Provide specialist advice in Healthcare, Insurance, or other technology areas like Cloud.
  • Offer technical guidance during solution development and integration.
  • Evaluate change requests and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Participate in demand management requests for your time and other members of the architecture team.
Requirements
  • Salesforce Certified
  • Salesforce and AWS Training advantageous
  • Knowledge of Architecture methods like TOGAF advantageous
  • Experience of technology in a Healthcare or Insurance Setting
  • Demonstrated alignment to Vhi values
