Business Opportunity

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in high-level business and project review meetings for mortgage business operations application modernization projects.

  • Leverage your specialized lending business knowledge to gather requirements and document them effectively.
  • Define as-is process flows, conduct gap analysis, gather business requirements, conduct peer reviews, finalize system specifications, and gain stakeholder approval.
  • Provide support to business teams by answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues that arise during design and development.
  • Support testing teams in test script creation, review, and execution for the credit application modernization project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business owners, product teams, vendors, other applications owners, external customers, and internal customers to identify requirements and deliver solutions within stipulated timelines.
  • Provide content leadership in working with clients to define solutions to their business requirements.
  • Project manage delivery of agreed engagement outcomes for clients.
  • Lead high-level business and project review meetings.
  • Work with delivery/implementation teams to provide domain inputs and ensure delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.
