Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining scope, understanding business processes, problem statements and pain areas through engagement with business users.

Key responsibilities include identifying key stakeholders and constructing stakeholder analysis, supporting the identification of risks and mitigation approaches, participating in client requirement workshops and identifying gaps together with high-level proposals for their resolution.

The selected individual will also analyze client business requirements, liaise with clients/project teams and prepare business process documents like BRDs, User Stories, Discussion Logs, Workflows etc.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will participate in solution design with the Design and Development team to ensure requirements are duly addressed, update the Requirement Traceability Matrix to facilitate tracking of requirements coverage, conduct relevant research to increase understanding in support of developing comprehensive solutions, and participate in final User Acceptance Testing for all major developments in the domain.

Assisting in the production of collateral such as User Guides, SOP Documents, process flows etc. is also an integral part of the role.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lending domain with an understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle (loan management, servicing, delinquency handling), experience in documenting business cases, business process modelling, and elicitation through workshops, project management from inception to delivery, IT background with solid grounding in technology, experience of working in both Agile & Waterfall SDLCs, strong communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement mindset, best-practice driven, pro-active, quick learner, able to work in multi-cultural and multi-national teams, positive attitude, ability to engage with different stakeholders, managing scope and expectations.
