Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers the opportunity to be the CEO of your store, with full accountability for creating and executing a business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, in-store events, exceptional customer relationships, and leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications
  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Experience in business planning, including setting sales and service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • A proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must provide proof of right to work in the country if invited for an interview
