Parker Stewart are partnering with a major construction machinery organisation who are looking to hire an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic. This role will be based in Dublin and it can require working on-site at various locations around Ireland.

This role will help ensure optimal machine reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction, both in the workshop and out in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Support the consistent growth of the Service Division by delivering excellent maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and inspection services on heavy duty equipment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers both internally and externally to ensure expert delivery
  • Accurate and detailed reporting, focusing on machine reliability
  • Promote the organisations brand through customer interaction and proactive engagement

Work Experience & Qualifications required:

  • Proven track record and strong experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic/Plant Engineer
  • Excellent technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Strong customer service and client interaction skills
  • Flexibility to work in Dublin and various locations around Ireland
